(2018) No. 2 document titled Notice on Publicizing the List of the Second Batch of Demonstration Centers of College Students' Mental Health Education and Counseling Centers in Guangxi, the Mental Center of LVTC was included in the list. 

In December 2017, the Education Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region started the evaluation of the second batch of college students’ mental health education and counseling demonstration centers in Guangxi. The Students Affairs Office of LVTC, supported by the direct leaders of the school and cooperated by mental teaching team, spared no efforts and worked together to carry out the application and preparation of demonstration center. Finally, upon field evaluation and inspection by the expert group from the Education Department, the Mental Center of LVTC was successfully rated as the demonstration center in the second batch of demonstration centers of college students' mental health education and counseling centers in Guangxi.

It is reported that a total of 21 colleges applied in the assessment of mental demonstration center. Finally, the students' mental health education and counseling centers of 9 colleges were selected, 3 of which were undergraduate colleges and 6 were vocational colleges.

The Mental Center of LVTC will take this opportunity to further improve the building of center mechanism system, faculty team, mental consulting system, work network, and to enhance the construction and management of mental workstation of each college so as to provide sound service for the students of LVTC in mental counseling, cultivate a rational and healthy mentality of students and create a harmonious campus environment.
